- If I have already registered, can I book tickets for lunches? Yes of course, sent an email to registration@waimh2018.org
- Can I register for one day?
Yes, but if you are an abstract presenter and your paper as been accepted as: Symposium, Brief oral presentation, Video presentation, Workshop, Poster workshop and Poster you should register for the entire congress (member, non-member, student, developing countries fee).
- Can I register for two days paying the one-day fee twice? No, it’s not allowed
- When can I register as a student?
If next May you have maximum 30 years and you are a PhD or your are attending a Graduate School (for Italians: pubblica o riconsciuta dal MIUR) or University in order to get a Bachelor and Master Degree. - When I will know the timeschedule of my presentation or poster display? Notifications have been sent
- How can I request the VISA? click here and download the form
- I forgot to book accommodation or any on-payment event and I realized it after submitting the registration form. How can I send the additional request and pay for that? Send an email to registration@waimh2018.org. You will get the related information
- When the provisional programme will be on-line? Mid of April
